On Sunday, Millie took to Instagram to announce that her newly launched clothing line will be available at Nordstrom, the well-known American luxury department store.
Many fans were thrilled by Millie Bobby Brown’s announcement, but some focused on the photos from her new collection’s photoshoot.
Her new Florence by Mills Fashion collection features cosy microthermal loungewear, and in one image, the 20-year-old is seen cuddling one of her nine dogs, giving it a gentle kiss.
Reddit users were quick to criticize Brown’s attempt to follow the Kardashian-Jenner model, accusing her of focusing more on branding than acting.
Some people noted what they believed were signs of cosmetic enhancements, though the actress has never publicly addressed or commented on undergoing any such procedures.
In the Reddit Pop Culture Chat community, a user commented, “Just cause you’re gorgeous doesn’t mean you can model lol.”
A second user posted, “Yeah, that weirded me out. Between all the fillers and the makeup, she looks a good 15 years older than she is.”
A different user blasted the actress, “Someone should’ve told her the model face she was going for just isn’t it.”

In a recent interview with Elle, she discussed her struggles to define her personal style at a young age and how this experience inspired the creation of Florence by Mills Fashion.
She recounted, “[When ‘Stranger Things’ took off,] I was 10. I was going to these events and ceremonies, and all these big fashion brands wanted to style me.”
“As I got older, I was like, ‘What is my personal style?’ A lot of my friends already knew [their styles], but I didn’t know mine.”
She continued, “I wanted to be able to create something that was accessible to my generation, to my demographic so that when they go into a store, they feel like they have that one corner — even if it’s a corner in the back — that they have what they’re looking for, and they’re able to afford it.”
